Paddle Parties at OWC
Doesn't this look like the perfect place for a party?! It is! Orlando Watersports is known for our cable wakeboarding, but its also the perfect place for a party or corporate team builder. Last week we hosted the team from Lululemon for a paddle and then they used the deck for their meeting. Last month, I hosted my own 45th birthday party here. I loved seeing my friends just relax and have a blast. It is much more affordable than people realize. For $299, you get a private lake, this party deck, 25 boards and an instructor for two hours! Once you have rented the space, you can invite as many guests as you like. If your group is smaller, the cost is $25 per person.
Our boards are be-you-tiful. (The cabana boy is all mine!) The party deck has a great speaker system, if you bring your ipod, you can choose your own tunes! Life jackets are required, but all ages are welcome. For family events, the little ones may be most comfortable bringing their own life jackets, and can ride on their parents SUP. Anyone can learn to SUP, the falling is half the fun. I taught my dad to stand-up paddleboard on his 75th birthday!
